Room type

​Japanese and Western rooms (70 rooms)

These are our standard rooms.

The Western-style room has two beds, and a Japanese-style room with tatami mats can sleep up to five people.

Western-style room + 6 tatami mats in a Japanese-style room, for 2-5 persons

(For more than 3 persons, a futon will be used.) 
There is a bathtub, but you can only use the shower.

​Japanese-style room (6 rooms)

Japanese-style room with tatami mats. You can rest comfortably.

You can sleep on a futon.

Japanese-style room (12 tatami mats, 2-5 people)
There is a bathtub, but you can only use the shower.

Special room (2 rooms)

This is a special room with a spacious layout. You can relax to your heart's content and forget the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Western-style room + Japanese-style room (8 tatami mats), for 2 to 5 persons

(For more than 3 persons, a futon will be provided.) 

There is a bathtub, but you can only use the shower.

Hairbrushes, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available next to the front desk.​Please feel free to take it.

​Onsen/open-air bath

*During the winter, there is heavy snowfall, so a wall has been installed in the open-air bath to prevent freezing.

Please note that you cannot see the outside scenery.

The source of Myoko Kogen and Minami Jigokudani is hot water mixed with black mud that contains plenty of hot spring ingredients.It is a rare black hot spring.

The hotel's open-air bath uses 100% natural hot spring water.
It is effective against skin diseases, women's diseases, neuralgia, and rheumatism.

*The large public bath (indoor bath) uses black mud from the source that has been completely sediment-filtered.The water is colorless and transparent.

There is a store right next to the front desk that sells sweets, drinking water, alcoholic beverages, etc.

We also have many souvenirs from Niigata Myoko, such as kanzuri (kanzuri), so please stop by.
