The following are frequently asked questions regarding the use of Hotel Alpenblick.
Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
A.Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
Q. Do you have a parking lot?
A.We have free parking for 200 cars.
Q.Do you provide transportation?
A. We can pick you up and drop you off at Myoko Kogen Station within the hours of 9:00 to 16:00. Please make a reservation with the hotel front desk (0255-86-3180) at least one day prior to your stay for the time of arrival at Myoko Kogen Station.
Note: Please be careful not to mistake Myoko Plateau Station for Joetsu Myoko Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line.
Q. Can I use the hotel for circle or club camps, etc.?
A. Yes, it is possible. Please contact the hotel front desk at 0255-86-3180.
Q. Can we use normal tires in winter if we have chains?
A. There is a steep slope 300m before the hotel. We do not recommend four-wheel drive vehicles without studless tires or two-wheel drive vehicles with chains.
Please park at the "Alpenbrick Spa Day Trip Onsen" parking lot 2 (Google Map) and contact the hotel front desk (0255-86-3180) to be picked up only during winter.
Q.Do you have a store?
A.There is a store in the hotel lobby that sells food, beverages, daily necessities, and local specialties.
Q.What are the available bathing hours?
A.You can use the large bath from 12:00 to 10:00 the next morning, and the outdoor hot spring from 12:00 to 24:00 and from 6:00 to 9:00 the next morning.
You can also take a one-day trip to the baths from 12:00 to 24:00 (last admission at 20:00).
Q. Can I use Wi-Fi?
A.Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Q.Can you accept packages on delivery?
A. Yes, we can receive them at the front desk, but we do not accept packages other than prepaid ones.
When shipping, please be sure to write the check-in date and the name of the representative staying at the hotel in the remarks column of the invoice.
Q. Can I stay with my pet?
A. You can stay with your pet only in the 6 superior type buildings of Haneuma Village 808 (trailer house).
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. In addition to cash, we accept the following credit cards and electronic money payment.
